Snaviq ("we", "the app") is built privacy-first. Your screenshots and the text recognized from them are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or any third party.

What stays on your device

• Your screenshots and their thumbnails.
• Text recognized via on-device OCR (Apple Vision / Android), and any extracted details (dates, prices, codes, links, etc.).
• Titles, summaries, saved items, reminders and actions you create.

This data is stored only in the app's local database on your device. We have no access to it and it is never transmitted off the device.

Information we process

To keep the app reliable we use a small amount of anonymous diagnostic data via Google Firebase:

• Analytics — anonymous usage events (e.g. "screenshot analyzed"), app version, platform and country. No screenshot content, no personal identifiers.
• Crashlytics — crash reports to help us fix bugs.
• Remote Config — feature flags delivered to the app.
• A random, anonymous install identifier (a UUID) that is not linked to your identity.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We never receive your payment card details.

Device permissions

• Photos / Media — to read your screenshots for on-device analysis.
• Notifications — to deliver reminders and expiry alerts you set.
• Calendar — only when you choose "Add to Calendar".
• Contacts — only when you choose "Add Contact".

Each permission is used solely for the matching feature and is optional.

Data sharing & selling

We do not sell your data and we do not share screenshot content with anyone. Anonymous diagnostics are processed by Google (Firebase) and purchase data by Apple/Google/RevenueCat as described above.

Children

Snaviq is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can revoke any permission in your device settings, and removing the app deletes all locally stored data. You may request deletion of anonymous diagnostics by contacting us.

Snaviq("당사", "앱")는 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 합니다. 사용자의 스크린샷과 거기에서 인식된 텍스트는 전적으로 기기 내에서 처리되며, 당사나 제3자에게 업로드되지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

• 스크린샷 및 썸네일.
• 기기 내 OCR(Apple Vision / Android)로 인식한 텍스트와 추출된 정보(날짜, 가격, 코드, 링크 등).
• 사용자가 생성한 제목·요약·저장 항목·리마인더·할 일.

이 데이터는 기기의 로컬 데이터베이스에만 저장되며, 당사는 접근할 수 없고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

처리하는 정보

앱 품질 유지를 위해 Google Firebase를 통해 소량의 익명 진단 데이터를 사용합니다.

• 애널리틱스 — 익명 사용 이벤트(예: "스크린샷 분석됨"), 앱 버전, 플랫폼, 국가. 스크린샷 내용이나 개인 식별 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
• Crashlytics — 버그 수정을 위한 비정상 종료 보고.
• Remote Config — 앱에 전달되는 기능 플래그.
• 신원과 연결되지 않는 임의의 익명 설치 식별자(UUID).

결제

구독 및 평생 구매는 Apple App Store / Google Play에서 처리되며 RevenueCat을 통해 관리됩니다. 당사는 결제 카드 정보를 수신하지 않습니다.

기기 권한

• 사진/미디어 — 기기 내 분석을 위해 스크린샷을 읽습니다.
• 알림 — 설정한 리마인더·만료 알림 전달.
• 캘린더 — "캘린더에 추가" 선택 시에만.
• 연락처 — "연락처에 추가" 선택 시에만.

각 권한은 해당 기능에만 사용되며 선택 사항입니다.

데이터 공유 및 판매

당사는 사용자의 데이터를 판매하지 않으며, 스크린샷 내용을 누구와도 공유하지 않습니다. 익명 진단은 위에 설명한 대로 Google(Firebase)이, 결제 정보는 Apple/Google/RevenueCat이 처리합니다.

아동

Snaviq는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

사용자의 선택

기기 설정에서 언제든 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 로컬에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 익명 진단 데이터의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
